Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 12, 2026  ·  Last updated: October 12, 2026
Applies to catalog.hydrogenoem.com and all subpages, quote requests and communications operated by H₂life.

This catalog is a business-to-business (B2B) wholesale and private label platform. We are a supplement manufacturer, not a consumer retailer. This policy explains — in plain language and in detail — what information we collect when you browse our catalog, request a quotation, download a PDF catalog, or contact us, why we collect it, who we share it with, how long we keep it, and the rights you have over it under the EU/UK GDPR, the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended (CCPA/CPRA), and other applicable laws.

1. Who we are & how to reach us

This catalog is operated by H₂life, a dietary supplement manufacturer offering OEM / ODM contract manufacturing, private label and wholesale supply to distributors, retailers and brand owners.

For any privacy question, request or complaint, email us at h2life@hydrogenoem.com with the subject line "Privacy Request". We respond within 30 days (or 45 days where a CCPA extension applies).

2. Information we collect

2.1 Information you give us directly

We only ask for what a genuine B2B enquiry needs:

WhereWhat we collectRequired?

"Add your company details" PDF form Your company name, contact name, email, WhatsApp / phone, and an optional price markup (used only to render a white-label PDF catalog for your own customers) Optional
Email / WhatsApp / phone correspondence The content of your messages, quotations we send, samples requested, artwork and specifications As needed
We do not collect payment card data on this website. Orders are invoiced off-line by bank transfer or other agreed commercial terms. No checkout, card field or payment processor runs on this catalog.

2.2 Information from third parties

3. Information collected automatically

When you open the catalog we record technical and usage information. This is used to answer enquiries properly (for example, to know which products a buyer looked at before writing to us), to measure our advertising, to detect abuse, and to improve the catalog. Specifically:

CategoryExamples
NetworkIP address, approximate location derived from IP (country, region/state, city), ISP / organization, AS number, time zone, whether the IP belongs to a VPN, proxy, hosting provider or mobile carrier
Device & softwareDevice type (desktop / mobile / tablet / bot), operating system, browser, screen resolution, device pixel ratio, browser language
Visit contextReferring URL and host, landing page, full page URL, UTM parameters (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_term, utm_content), a client token if you followed a personalised link
BehaviourProducts viewed, products added to or removed from the quote list, product comparisons, sample requests, PDF exports and prints, WhatsApp / email clicks, navigation clicks, outbound links, filters, sorting, currency and view changes, search terms
EngagementScroll depth, time on page, session duration, first and last activity time, number of page views and events
ConversionWhether the visit resulted in a quote request, and the internal reference number of that request, so we can attribute enquiries to campaigns
Server logsStandard web server access logs (IP, user agent, requested path, status, timestamp)

Behavioural events are stored with a timestamp, the page section, the SKU involved (if any), a short text label and a CSS selector identifying the element clicked. We do not record keystrokes inside contact fields and we do not record the content you type into form fields other than the search box and the details you deliberately submit.

4. Cookies, local storage & similar technologies

TechnologyPurposeType

h2life_quote_v1 (local storage)Keeps the products you added to your quote list so they are still there when you come backFirst party, functional
h2life_agency_v1 (local storage)Saves your company details for the white-label PDF catalog so you do not retype themFirst party, functional
h2life_theme (local storage)Remembers light / dark display preferenceFirst party, functional
_fbp / _fbc (cookies)Set by Meta Pixel — browser identification and click identification for ad measurementThird party, advertising
Meta Pixel + Conversions APIReports page views, content views, add-to-cart, checkout initiation and Lead events back to Meta so we can measure and optimise our advertisingThird party, advertising

The white-label PDF details you type (company, contact, email, WhatsApp, markup) are stored in your own browser's local storage and are only transmitted to our server when you actually generate the PDF, where they are used solely to render that document.

Controlling cookies: you can block or delete cookies and local storage in your browser settings (Chrome → Settings → Privacy and security → Site settings; Safari → Settings → Privacy; Firefox → Settings → Privacy & Security). Blocking local storage will not break the catalog, but your saved quote list may be lost. You can also opt out of Meta advertising in your Facebook / Instagram ad settings, or use a browser extension or ad blocker that blocks connect.facebook.net.

12. Do Not Track / Global Privacy Control

Some browsers transmit a "Do Not Track" (DNT) signal or a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal. This catalog does not currently change its behaviour in response to DNT, because there is still no common industry standard for interpreting it. We do record whether your browser sent a DNT signal. If you wish to stop analytics collection, please use the controls in §11 or email us and we will exclude your records.

No online service is completely secure. If you believe your interaction with us has been compromised, contact h2life@hydrogenoem.com immediately.

14. Children's data

It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16 (or the applicable age of digital consent in your jurisdiction). If you believe a minor has submitted information to us, email us and we will delete it.

16. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our practices, our website or the law changes. The "Last updated" date at the top always reflects the current version. Material changes will be announced on the catalog home page or by email to active contacts where appropriate. Continuing to use the catalog after a change means you accept the updated policy.
