🧪 Sample policy
- Free or low-cost: evaluation samples are free for most SKUs; you usually cover international express shipping (or we deduct it from your first bulk order).
- How fast: samples ship within 3–5 business days via DHL / FedEx, arriving in about 5–10 days depending on your region.
- Returns: samples are for evaluation and not refundable, but if one arrives damaged or defective we reship a replacement free — just send photos within 7 days.
- Lab testing: need a representative batch for your own lab? We can quote a small paid batch with full COA.
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Stock formulas start at 500 units per SKU. Custom formula, tablet color or flavor starts at 3,000 boxes. Mixed-SKU trial batches are welcome — tell us your target volume and we'll suggest a starter order.
What is the lead time?
Standard lead time is 15–20 business days from artwork and deposit approval. Samples ship in 3–5 business days. Final timing depends on order volume, customization and packaging format.
Do you offer free samples?
Yes — free evaluation samples for most SKUs. You typically cover international express shipping (DHL/FedEx), or we deduct it from your first bulk order. They ship in 3–5 business days and arrive in ~5–10 days by region.
Can I return samples?
Samples are for evaluation and not returnable for refund. If a sample arrives damaged or defective, we reship a free replacement — just send photos within 7 days of delivery.
Can I put my own brand on the products (private label / OEM)?
Yes. Private label covers formula adjustment, tablet color, flavor, label artwork and packaging. Stock SKUs can be private labeled in about 4 weeks; full custom formula from 3,000 boxes.
What certifications and testing do you provide?
All products are made in an FDA-registered, cGMP-compliant facility and tested by ISO 17025 accredited third-party labs. A Certificate of Analysis (COA) ships with every lot. Halal, Kosher and other claims available on request.
Can you customize the formula, flavor or color?
Absolutely. We do custom formulation, flavor and color development. Custom work starts at 3,000 boxes; our R&D can match an existing reference product or develop a new one with you.
What are the payment terms?
50% deposit with PO, balance before shipment for first orders. Net 30 available for approved repeat buyers. We work with T/T and major payment methods.
How are goods shipped and what are the incoterms?
Pricing is FOB, quoted per destination port; international freight is not included. We work with freight forwarders worldwide and can ship by sea or air to almost any country, helping you pick the most cost-effective route for your volume.
Do you provide spec sheets and COA before I order?
Yes. Spec sheets, supplement-facts panels and reference COAs are available on request, and a full COA ships with every production lot so your QA team can verify each batch.
Can I get a quote without using WhatsApp?
Yes. On the catalog, add products to a quote request and choose "Email me this quote" — we'll email your quote summary and reply within 1 business day. WhatsApp is optional.
Are you a contract manufacturer or a trading company?
H₂life is the manufacturer. Hydrogen water tablets are produced at our own cGMP facility in Dongying, Shandong, China, so there is no trading-company margin in your quotation.
Can I order hydrogen water tablets in small quantities?
Yes. Stock hydrogen water tablet formulas start at 500 units in box packaging, which suits market tests and first private label launches. Custom formula, tablet colour or flavour starts at 3,000 boxes.
How is factory-direct pricing calculated?
Prices are quoted FOB in USD per unit and tiered by order volume. We issue a written price tier for your exact quantity. Because you buy from the manufacturer, there is no distributor markup.
What sizes and packaging do hydrogen water tablets come in?
Effervescent tablets are produced in 0.5 g and 0.75 g formats, packed in boxes (30 tablets per box on stock SKUs). We do not supply jars, stick packs or sachets for hydrogen water tablets.
